MAGNIFY HANDS FREE - PERFECT FOR HOBBIES & PRO USERS

No need to hold the lens as you work (or wear jeweler's glasses or other awkward workarounds). Position the magnifier with its adjustable gooseneck exactly where you need it. The solid metal base firmly anchors your lamp so that it will not tip over. Bending it low, the light can be stretched over a bed by approximately 24" for nighttime reading. The height of this lamp can be modified up to 55" and the head swivels top to bottom.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

The lens of the Lightview Floor Lamp is around 6.5 inches long x 4 inches wide. The lamp's gooseneck measures 17 inches long, and combined with the height adjustable pole, you get a height range from 24 to 44 inches. The head's total outward reach is 27 inches. The base is heavily weighted to provide counterweight to the lamp's head and neck and keep it steady, measuring 10 by 9 by 1 inches.

LED LIGHT SOURCE

This lamp includes a built-in power-saving LED fixture that stays cool, even as your living space bathes for hours. It has 9 watts, 870 Lumens and a color temperature of a clear, crisp 6,000 Kelvin. Because it's LED and uses far less power than incandescent or halogen bulbs, it increases the lamp's life expectancy to 15-20 years, and you'll never have the replace the bulb! (Please NOTE- bulb is not dimmable and cannot be dimmed externally at this time.)

The built in magnifying lens is a 3 diopter glass lens that magnifies 175% or 1.75x the original item.

ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION

The Lightview is really simple to put together. It comes with only four pieces, and also includes a simple instruction diagram to show how the parts fit together. Any necessary tools are provided in the package. The On/Off switch is conveniently located at the top of the gooseneck, near the lens.

The lamp is plugin operated (5 foot long cord included!) and this lamp works only with 110v outlets but is safe to use in 220v outlets with a 220v-110v voltage converter. The lamp can be controlled using a wall switch, though it unfortunately is not currently compatible with Alexa. Just set the lamp up, leave it in the on position plugged into the wall outlet, and let the switch do the rest.
