The outdoor string light dimmers available on Amazon are recommended for use with these Visterlite bulbs, as they will provide more flexibility in adjusting the mood and brightness of the lighting. Other dimmers may not be compatible.

To replace the bulbs, simply screw them clockwise into the E26 base sockets until they form a tight seal. If a bulb does not light up, try tightening it further. Replacement should be done in dry, calm weather conditions.

If the rubber sockets on your existing string lights are too old and lack elasticity, it's recommended to replace the entire string light set.
